This aquarium was one of the best aquariums I have ever been too. We chose to come here from Tokyo instead of the larger one in Osaka due to the train ride being a lot shorter to get here and it was the best decision! The exhibits were well cared for and planned well, the animals seemed happy and entertained and there was a lot to see for the price! The sea turtles, seals, and jelly fish were my favorite! Also there is an amazing shrine on the island you can see from the aquarium with great stone dragons. A perfect day trip from Tokyo with great views at reasonable prices!

Our entire family enjoyed the seal and dolphins show. And the otters... My daughters thought they were so cute. A variety of things to see and do. The gift shops were a bonus for our family as well.

Fun, fun and beautiful. Everything is laid out very nicely, interactive, lots of shows, great sized aquarium. Recommend the annual pass, it costs the price of visiting twice (price a bit steep for adults) and you get to go all year! Give yourself at least 2.5-3 hours to really enjoy it and catch some shows. Unfortunately, no English translations for most shows, but it’s still nice to watch. Would be better if they validated parking.

Have you ever wondered what an aquarium is like? This is the perfect first aquarium visit! You'll experience tanks from all types of areas with one big one to awe over! Don't forget the show! Those animals have TALLENT! And can sing, woah!

An interesting aquarium centred around a tall main tank filled with a large shoal of anchovies and a few huge manta rays, amongst others. Sharks, giant crabs, a projection-mapping jellyfish show, seals, turtles, penguins and a dolphin show. Gets extremely busy at the weekend and the food isn't great, but great for kids.
